Every session I put together is different, to ensure the body is challenged in multiple ways. You have to challenge yourself to change yourself, so using a variety of training types is vital to achieve the best results possible!
Types of training you will do - HIIT, strength and conditioning, endurance training, functional fitness, sprinting, running, exercises with a range of equipment such as; kettlebells, dumbbells, power bags, battle ropes, resistance bands and more.
Your complimentary consultation prior to training, will help me determine what your personalised training programme will include. I design all my client's programmes differently depending on your goals and aspirations. I will be with you every step of the way to motivate, encourage and help you become the best version of yourself!
