I am a health and fitness professional who believes movement is medicine, mentally and physically. My energy and enthusiasm are central to my coaching style, whether training clients one-to-one or leading classes at Barry’s. My aim is to inspire, elevate effort, and help people unlock their full potential through purposeful movement.
My passion for fitness began as a full-time sprinter and Captain of Athletics at Millfield School, where I won National Championships in the 100m and 200m. This experience shaped my mindset and reinforced the belief that discipline, focus, and consistency drive exceptional results.
I hold a BSc (Honours) in Sports Performance from the University of Bath and have spent the past nine years working across London’s leading boutique studios. I have a deep passion for music and movement, combining the two in my training style to create an immersive, euphoric training experience. I am proud to be a Nike Ambassador and a Barry’s Trainer.

I encourage my clients to train in a way that helps them feel like the best version of themselves, inside and out. My approach is about making training energising and enjoyable, while building mental strength, confidence, and clarity alongside physical results.
I create high-energy, motivating sessions that turn training into a lifestyle, helping clients develop resilience, consistency, and self-belief that carries through both in and out of training.
